Comments

This long inscription was perhaps one of the first to be executed on the rocky façade. The theme of reliance comes in many inscriptions from the 1st century AH.[1] Notice that lines 3 and 4 are part of lines 1 and 2 in the inscription. This inscription was found on the Ḥajj route from Syria.

Location

Abū ʿOūd, Saudi Arabia.
