Arab-Sassanian coin with the name of Yazdgird III from Sijistān, frozen in 20 Yazdgird Era.

31 AH / 652 CE.
Contents
Obverse field: Typical late Arab-Sassanian bust with name of Yazdgird III (in Middle Persian). Obverse margin: bism Allāh ("In the name of God").
Reverse field: Typical Arab-Sassanian fire-altar with attendants with mint (Sijistān) and date in Middle Persian (20 Yazdgird Era), i.e., 31 AH / 652 CE.
Comments
This is a posthumous coin in the name of Yazdgird III. Weight = 3.51 gms.
