Assalamu ʿalaykum wa rahamatullahi wa barakatuhu:

The translation of the inscription is given below:
- I am Ṣabbiḥ, slave of Ruzayq bin [Umayyah] [I wrote]
- in the year ninety.
Hisma Plateau, Tabūk region, N. W. Saudi Arabia.
