Assalamu ʿalaykum wa rahamatullahi wa barakatuhu:

76 cm x 48 cm.


Kufic script.


The translation of the inscription is:

  1. Abū Salmah bin ʿUbayd
  2. Allāh bin ʿAbd Allāh bin ʿUmar
  3. believed in God.
  4. And written in the year hundred.


This individual may be a descendant of ʿAbd Allāh bin ʿUmar bin al-Khaṭṭāb.
